When you call K.HOELER for service.

  • Calls are answered directly; however, you may get our answering service when we're out of the office. Please leave a message. We'll return your call promptly.
  • We will schedule your service request promptly and you'll be given a 2 hour arrival window
  • If you'd like, we can provide a 20-30 minute lead-time call when we're en-route, so you can go about your business.
  • Our experienced technician will arrive ready to provide great service in a clean K.HOELER lettered, fully stocked, service van wearing a company issued uniforms and shoe covers to protect your floors.
  • The technician will provide an upfront price and ask for your permission to proceed with the recommended service and complete the job efficiently, safely, with quality and to your satisfaction. If the quote is declined, there is a $45 service fee due.
  • Upon completion, the work area will be cleaned and all debris removed
  • You will be presented with a written work order with the amount due at time of service
  • We accept checks and all major credit cards (billing accounts established upon request)
