Pricing
Prices for most common general service jobs are provided upfront from our Pricing Handbook. After we look at the job, you'll know before we start what the total will be. No "invoice shock".
- Prices given by the job prior to starting work. Peace of mind knowing the job will be completed and the total price, before the job is done.
- Consistent pricing for all our customers regardless of location or the technician that completes the job.
- Discounts for subsequent tasks and Service Agreement customers
- No need to "watch-the-clock", by you or our technician
- For those unique jobs were we can't provide a flat-rate price, such as, leak detection, an hourly rate will apply
- Larger projects like boiler replacements, rough and finish work associated with renovations, bathroom remodeling and water conditioning are quoted via written estimates after a site visit to assess the project. A $45 estimate fee will be credited toward the job if the estimate is accepted and completed
Payment Policy
- All jobs are due upon completion via cash, check or major credit card.
- As an exception, billing accounts may be established for commercial accounts upon receipt and approval of a credit application.
- Payment terms for larger projects are included in our bid / quote
- Late fees of 1.5% per month may be added to all past due amounts
- K. HOELER is a small business with tight cash-flow. We pay our employees and our bills on-time and need to maintain timely accounts receivable to support our expenses
